Documentation procedure for car rental for legal entities
To arrange for car rental, legal entities need to get in touch with our manager on the phone to discuss the details of the contract and work out a personalized rental program. After this, our manager will visit your office, provide you with our offer and draw up the required rental-related documentation. We will need copies of your incorporation documents (the statute of incorporation, the State registration certificate, an extract from the State register, a reference confirming the opening of a bank account, the INN), your company’s registration or accreditation certificate.
Signature of the rental agreement and handover of the car are performed by an employee of our company in our office.
We strongly recommend that you submit a rental request no later than 3 working days prior to the receipt of the car.
Legal entities are supposed to have been in business for not less than 6 months since their State registration (for representative offices of foreign organizations, – since the time of their accreditation).
