Rental Terms & Conditions for Private Entities

Requirements for the customer:

For the S, ML и GL categories:

1. Age – from 25;
2. Driving experience – from 3 years;
3. A bank account with an issued valid, international-standard bank card (preferably, VISA, MasterCard).

For the С and Е categories:

1. Age – from 21;
2. Driving experience – from 2 years;
3. A bank account with and issued valid, international-standard valid bank card (preferably, VISA, MasterCard).

Required documents:

• for Russian citizens – the Russian passport;
• for foreign citizens – the national passport;
• Foreign citizens must present the entry visa, or their migration card and international driving license;
• Driving license;
• Registration or any other document that confirms the customer’s location in Moscow (Moscow and the Moscow region);
• For citizens of the C.I.S countries, renting a vehicle requires a guarantee from a Moscow (or Moscow region)-registered citizen of the Russian Federation;

Payment Conditions:

• Payment is made in RUR in accordance with the rate, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of the vehicle’s rental;
• The customer can select the method of payment that is the most convenient to him: cash, bank card (VISA, Master Card), bank transfer;
• Advance payment is required for the whole period of the vehicle’s rental. If the vehicle is returned earlier, recalculation of the due amount is made;
• If the customer is delayed in returning the vehicle for more than 2 hours, he must additionally pay for another 24 hours of rental.

Additional Conditions:

• The minimum rental time is 24 hours since the vehicle was handed over to the customer;
• The rented vehicle can be used within the Moscow region only. Making a trip beyond the boundaries of the Moscow region requires special arrangement.
• The 24-hour mileage limit is 250 km. Any additional mileage is charged for in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
